Terry Lange

It is the policy of B.G. Brecke, Inc. to strive for the highest safety standards on all of our projects. Safety does not happen by chance, for that reason we have had Terry Lange as our full time Safety Director for the past 10 years. Terry's continuing education and experience has enabled him to help us develop our current safety policies and procedures. In addition to staying abreast with the ever-changing field of safety, his duties also include bi-weekly safety meetings and inspections of all major projects and sites, new employee safety orientation, immediate response to all incidents and accidents, safety record retention, and maintenance of all employee safety training. Terry also works diligently with OSHA, The Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA), The Mechanical Contractors Association of Iowa (MCAI), Hartland Insurance Captive Group. Our relationship with these entities in conjunction with our pursuit of safety, have reflected in our mod rates, certificates, and awards.
